Got takeout on a Saturday afternoon. Not very busy and got my order within 10-12 minutes of ordering.
Ordered cashew chicken over rice and some egg rolls to go. Portion sizes were good, food tasted great and folks running the place are very friendly.
8/10 would go back again! -

Good news, I didn't get sick.
Ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and Pork Fried Rice. The Kung Pao had hung chunks of chicken, not even cut into bite sized pieces. And there was only a few pieces of chicken. Mostly celery and onion. The flavor was lacking, had a metallic after taste. The rice was unbelievable greasy. It coated my mouth, utterly disgusting.
When paying, the owner I'm assuming said, "ur new, hope u enjoy and see you back." Unfortunately I won't. The inside of the place can use some cleaning as well, as I was exiting with my food, the white door was black with dirt.
Skip this place. -

Food is ok but for the price might be good. The fried rice is pretty plain for my taste, thought it would have some proteins on it but there was only rice mixed with soy sauce. Funny thing is that the plates are much tastier than they look in the pictures on the wall. Those pictures are pretty bad and probably will kill your craving.

Food here is OK. Customer service is great. Lady at the registered is very friendly and repeats your Togo orders. We come here for quick Chinese food.

Want to get scammed?
I am warning you guys of the restaurant's fraudulent behavior. My last visit proves this:
The food is hit or miss, but beware that they will try their best to shortchange you, and monopolize off your ignorance in diligent accounting.
***The person at the cashier purposely gave me the wrong change and lied about it.***
First she said that the price of the dishes went up just recently, which was a blatant LIE because she later rescinded her argument (after I pulled out their latest menu), and said that tax in Santa Clara went up to 9.725% (another LIE!!! It is 9.0%).
She then tried to slip me extra change and explicitly told me not to say anything.
I am writing to let others know, and possibly the owners (if they even care, though I doubt it since they were just a few feet away in the kitchen).
